Perking up Your Cellulite with Coffee Beans

Cellulite often appears by bad eating habits, lack of exercise, or just the fact that your body has terrible circulation. Caffeine enables your body’s circulation, which then helps with cellulite.

Organic coffee beans are recommended due to their great source of caffeine, antioxidants, acids and oils.

All you need is ¼ of a cup of ground-up coffee beans!

You simply spread the coffee grounds over any area with cellulite, massaging your skin in a circular motion until you have no more coffee grounds. Repeat this as often as you would like. If you would rather want someone else to clean up a mess like this, contact your local spa. Many spas offer coffee wraps! Do this in the shower to prevent a coffee bean disaster.
