Grand Sierra Resort and Casino (GSR) is ready to celebrate the season with a special tree lighting ceremony on Thursday, Nov. 21. The community is invited to revel in the holiday spirit beginning at 6 p.m. in the main lobby as the Girl Scout Service Unit Choir sings holiday carols and Santa and Mrs. Claus spread holiday cheer with light refreshments including hot cocoa, hot and sparkling cider and cookies. Then, join GSR team members, the choir and other special guests as they light more than 100 Christmas trees around the resort including three trees amidst the resort rooftop and other holiday décor at 7 p.m.
