We all deserve to enjoy the sweet taste of the holiday season, but we don't always want the holiday guilt and food hangover that comes with it.  So, what better way to combine the taste of the season with the added benefits of some wonderfully nutritious ingredients, than to whip-up some delicious healthy holiday smoothies.  And if you still intend to indulge at some of those holiday events and celebrations, it's an even better idea to be prepared with the right ingredients to make some yummy detox smoothies to clean up your system and get you back on track afterwards.

 

Here are a few smoothies made with all clean ingredients, no unnecessary sugars, and light on the waistline, while still meeting some of your holiday cravings, as well as a couple of tasty smoothies to detox from some of the holiday splurge.
