.75 oz Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur

.75 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice

.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice

.5 oz Simple Syrup

1 Muddled Strawberry

Shake and Strain over Crushed Ice in a Cocktail Glass

Garnish with Strawberry Slices

Boadicea Queen of the Iceni (a group of Celts that had forfeited their lands to the Romans). Boadicea was a fierce red headed leader that failed to see the funny side of the Romans' less savory behavior, and led a two-year pillage of Roman settlements until her rebellion was crushed.
