Fitness Competitor & Iron Angel
Height: 5' 6
Weight: 118 lbs.
At 59, Jeannie Brown, personal trainer and fitness competitor, is proud to have maintained a high level of fitness for the past three decades. It hasn't always been easy to juggle working out with work, raising four children, and now helping with five grandchildren. Her dedication to attaining extreme fitness arose when her mother died of cancer just after the birth of her fourth child. As a memorial to her mother, and for the sake of her children, she decided to become a human experiment seeking to discover how long a human can maintain optimal fitness. She began a weight training program and has not missed a workout in thirty years. She went back to school to study exercise physiology and acquired ACSM, ACE, IFPA, and YMCA certifications and has been personal training for eight years. Thirty years after making that decision to be a human fitness experiment, she has completed her first figure competition and plans to do another in eight months. So, what about the next thirty years? To see how long a human can be a fitness competitor, of course!
