1 yellow onion - chopped
1 clove of garlic- chopped
1 lb of lean ground turkey meat
2 cans of Italian style stewed tomatoes
1 cup of frozen peas
1 lb of brown rice pasta fasul
1 tsp of extra virgin olive oil
Saute onions, garlic, and olive oil; add ground turkey until brown; add tomatoes, peas, and mushrooms.
Cook macaroni separately then add to turkey and vegetables.
Add freshly grated parmesan cheese on top.
